1. Southwind Gate Hours will be amended to 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., M-F, excluding holidays, effective Jan1, 2027.
2. SWPOA Roads Sealcoating and Restriping is tentatively scheduled to begin the week of Nov 30th. We will send more information to residents via notifications.
3. Speeding through the Gate area continues to be a problem. The posted speed limit in the Gate Area is 5 MPH; on other Southwind roads, it is 20 MPH unless otherwise posted. We are implementing calming measures, including speed humps in the Gate Area. Although posted speeds are limits, slower speeds are often warranted in housing areas. Drive defensively and watch for pedestrians.
4. Contracting Services. Work may only be performed between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday. Only contractors and services registered with the association or provided an entry code by an owner may enter when the gate is not attended. Residents should remind contractors to park with the flow of traffic, not block a driveway, and not park on a curve or in the grass.

The next Southwind Quarterly Board Meeting is on Wednesday, March 10th, via Zoom.
Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. A physical location is available upon request in the High 4 Management Conference Room. Meeting Information and the agenda are posted 48 hours in advance. For more information, contact the Association Property Manager.
