Thank you to our homeowners who turned in their votes on the Amended and Restated Covenants, By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation; at our owners meeting on July 12, we had more than enough affirmative votes to pass all three items! Management will now get the final steps together to record them with the Okaloosa County Clerk of Court and they'll become effective. We'll advise everybody of that effective date when it comes.
