The Board of Directors held a meeting Monday, July 11, at 6 pm at the Bobby Jones Room of the Bluewater Bay Clubhouse which was well-attended by Southwind Ownership. One of the main topics of discussion was the preservation of our governing documents under the Marketable Record Title Act.
  The Board unanimously voted to preserve the documents for another 30 years, and will continue with our attorney in current efforts to revise and revitalize the documents to reflect the current standing of the neighborhood and in accordance with updates to Florida Statute.

  The next Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 12.
