Although not in our neighborhood, there have been a number of recent thefts in Bluewater Bay involving unlocked cars and open garages. Previous targets have been beer and alcohol from garage refrigerators, but recent thefts have included purses and wallets from unlocked cars, expensive golf clubs, etc. So even though it hasn’t been an issue in Southwind, it may be prudent to keep your garage doors closed and your car doors locked just to avoid temptation.
