Southwind and Sunset Beach are limited access neighborhoods – an amenity that is why many residents choose to live here. Recently there have been several (adults and teens) gaining unauthorized access to our community. Steve Duresky, our Landscaping Chair, is working on access-control measures to reduce the occurrence of this activity. Until then, please report any trespassers to the front gate staff (897-6909), or to Steve (897-9098).
