Board meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday Quarterly (March, June, and September), and other meetings are noticed, including committee meetings, as required.  Board Meetings begin at 6:00 pm, meeting location and Zoom information will normally be forwarded a week prior. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.  The annual owner's meeting is on or around the 2nd Wednesday of December.  Homeowners requesting to present at a Board Meeting may do so by requesting the Community Association Manager (CAM) before the meeting.
