SOUTHWIND PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (SPOA)
 
 
The SPOA Board of Directors is committed to providing the highest level of community living with a beautiful, well-maintained, safe, and neighborly environment for all homeowners' common benefit and enjoyment. This includes managing Southwind's infrastructure, common areas, and gate access control; enforcing the Association Bylaws, Covenants, and Restrictions; and providing fiscally responsible solutions to promote a strong sense of community, optimize our property values, and plan for the future.
 
The Board has retained the services of Progressive Management of America, Inc. to provide management and oversight for all Southwind issues. The Community Association Manager (CAM) is your first point of contact for any issues, concerns, or additional information.
